TERMS & CONDITIONS
By using this site you agree to Bazofo’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Bazofo may occasionally change the terms and conditions, without previous notice, and any changes are visible on this page.
If you are under 18 years old, you should be supervised by an adult when making any orders on an online shop.
In Portuguese law, applying to orders within Portugal, you have the right to cancel your online order within five days after you have received your order. If you wish to cancel your order you have to send us an e-mail to info@bazofo.com within these five days. Cancelling the order implies that you return your order. The costs related to returning your order will not be covered by Bazofo, and we recommend sending the product tracked.
Shipping and delivery
We send our products by the local CTT tracked mail service.
Delivery costs:
Portugal: 4€
EU: 6€
Rest of the world: 7€
We send your order within 1–2 working days after we have received the payment. The delivery usually takes less than 10 days, but depends on the location.
If it is not possible to deliver the product and it is returned to sender (Bazofo) the second shipping costs will be charged from the customer.
Returns
You may return or exchange your product (as long as we have a similar product in stock) within 14 days if you received a wrong or a faulty item, or are not satisfied with your product.
We can only return or exchange products that are returned in their original state, with the tags on and together with the receipt and the return form properly completed.
Since the product to be returned is your responsibility until we receive it, we suggest that you opt for a tracked delivery. The product is your responsibility until we have received it. We will let you know by e-mail when we have proceeded to reimbursement or have sent you a new product.
The initial delivery costs will be reimbursed if you cancel the order (applicable to Portugal, as above) within 5 days, and if we have sent you a faulty or an incorrect product. The costs of returning the item back to Bazofo to be exchanged or reimbursed are not covered by Bazofo.
To return your product fill in the return form carefully and send the product together with your receipt to:

Prices, taxes and duties
The prices on our site include VAT on the current rate. The shipping cost is 5 euros to Portugal, 6 euros to EU countries and 7 euros to the rest of the world. The customer is responsible for any additional custom charges or taxes, which may apply to orders outside the EU.

This policy applies to the users of Bazofo website. We respect your privacy and the personal data supplied to us by using this website and the online shop will never be passed on to third parties or used unlawfully and will not be used for any other purposes than processing and delivering your order.

In order to process your orders we collect personal data that you provide when making and order in our online shop. Please note that if you are under 16 years old you need parental consent for providing us with your personal data.
In order to deliver your purchases we may collect the following personal data:

With your consent, we may send a newsletter to the e-mail address you have provided, including information and news regarding Bazofo. You can cancel the newsletter anytime you wish.
We store your details only as long as it is necessary for the above mentioned purposes. After that they will be deleted in a safe manner.
You can request at any time all the information about your data stored by us. You can exercise your right to correct, block or delete this data.

Please note that this privacy policy is not valid on other sites to which we may have external links on our Bazofo website. This also applies to PayPal, through which our payments are safely and securely processed.
